Parker may be a bit shy at first, but once he feels safe, his loving heart shines through. He’s got a soft soul and a splashy spirit, literally! This boy loves playing in the water, whether it’s the hose or his water bowl. With a little patience and a lot of love, Parker will blossom into the most loyal and fun-loving companion.
